PSYCH-K...The Missing Peace In Your Life! -
Your reality is created by your beliefs.
These beliefs, usually subconscious, are often the result of lifelong programming,
and represent a powerful influence on human behavior. Studies in neuroscience
indicate that as much as 95% of our consciousness is actually subconscious.
Its the subconscious mind that is the store-house for our attitudes, values,
and beliefs. It is from our beliefs that we form perceptions about the
world and ourselves, and from these perceptions we develop behaviors. Usually,
it is self-defeating behaviors we wish to change. Often the most effective
way to change a behavior is to change the subconscious belief(s) that support
it. Based on years of split-brain research, also known as Brain Dominance
Theory, PSYCH-K provides a variety of ways to quickly identify and transform
beliefs that sabotage you into beliefs that support you, in any area of
your life.

Biogenealogy: Decoding the Psychic Roots of
Illness: Freedom from the Ancestral Origins of Disease - Biogenealogy:
Decoding the Psychic Roots of Illness offers protocols for identification
and treatment for conflicts that can span generations. While the idea that
emotional stress lies at the origin of every illness is becoming more readily
acceptable today, it also is possible to trace the root cause of an illness
to our ancestors--their unresolved psychic distress can become part of
the cellular memory inherited by their descendants. Until the issue has
been settled successfully, it will continue to trigger illnesses in the
generations that follow to offset the mind’s inability to resolve the problem.
Illness is the body’s way of protecting those who experience severe emotional
shock or excessive amounts of stress.

BioSpirituality: Focusing As a Way to Grow:
The body can be connected with emotions,
mind, relationships (with other people and with environment) and with spirit.
"Focusing," an approach developed by Eugene Gendlin, directs us to attend
to the felt sense of what is going on inside our body. This is the intuitive,
right-brained way our unconscious mind brings to our attention the rightness
and wrongness of what we are doing; the itch that says (my words), "examine
what you are experiencing, because there is something out of harmony, out
of alignment, misdirecting us from our proper life course." Gendlin teaches
that "the direction toward a felt sense is always into and through the
feeling, never away from it." Feelings and emotions change only when we
identify the felt sense associated with the feeling and seek out the roots
behind this - for these are what anchor the feeling in our psyche and prevent
its release.

You Can Heal Your Life: You Can Heal Your
Life has been republished with bright, beautiful illustrations in full,
living color and exquisite typography--each and every page is a work of
art by artist Joan Perrin Falquet. The timeless message of the book is
that we are each responsible for our own reality and "dis-ease." Hay believes
we make ourselves ill by having thoughts of self-hatred. She includes a
directory of ailments and emotional causes for each with a corresponding
affirmation to help overcome the illness. For example, the probable cause
of multiple sclerosis is "mental hardness, hard-heartedness, iron will,
and inflexibility." The healing "thought pattern" would be: "By choosing
loving, joyous thoughts, I created a loving joyous world. I am safe and
free." --P. Randall Cohan

Loving What Is: Four Questions That Can Change
Your Life - Known simply as "The Work," Byron Katie's methods are clean
and straightforward. The basis is a series of four questions addressed
to your own lists of written assumptions. Whether you're angry with your
boss, frustrated with your teen's behavior, or appalled at the state of
the world's environment, Katie suggests you write down your most honest
thoughts on the matter, and then begin the examination. Starting with,
"Is it true?" and continuing with explorations of "Who would you be without
that thought?" this method allows you to get through unhelpful preconceptions
and find peace. An integral part of the process is "turning the thought
around," and at first this can seem like you're simply blaming yourself
for everything. Push a little harder, and you'll find a very responsible
acceptance of reality, beyond questions of fault and blame.

The Path of the DreamHealer: My Journey Through
the Miraculous World of Energy - The Path
of the Dreamhealer is not just remarkably well written, it turns out to
be a very penetrating account of the human spirit in relationship to the
cosmic whole. Adam guides us with precision ease through the Creation,
how our body, mind and spirit integrate into all that is in such an easy
to read and grasp format. Its illustrations well enhance the effectiveness
of the processes outlined in the book. Though I am aware of other critics'
counterclaims on Adam's healing techniques, I agree with Adam that there
are no miracles involved here, rather a knowing more of your Self involved
here. It is only due to ignorance that things appear or seem miraculous.
Adam's honest and refreshing advice has been for everyone to practice,
practice, practice! Ability is involved and naturally needs to be cultivated
through diligent exercise, which includes feeling your tai chi energy ball,
seeking auras, and forming imaginative visualization skill with the help
of the colorful illustrations included. I have come to the conclusion that
this outstanding literary offering is an invitation to transcend many of
our current healing practices without any mind numbing intellectual jargon,
from psychoanalysis to reiki. More astounding is the realization that this
is the work of an extraordinarily bright and gifted teenager. By Charles

The Power of Intention: After years of
spiritual study and reflection, inspirational speaker and best-selling
author Wayne Dyer has emerged a highly esteemed teacher. His current message
about tapping into the power of intention may sound like good old positive
thinking: just stay focused on what you want, rather than focusing on the
lack of having what you want. But the teaching here goes deeper than just
controlling thoughts (although he does acknowledge that thought control
is a surprisingly challenging and significant endeavor). This book might
help readers land a better job, but it's more relevant for those who are
ready to detach from an ego-driven life filled with quick fixes of happiness
and step into a more authentic, joyful, and spiritually fulfilling life.
His core teachings speak to tapping into a universal source of energy that
can also be called the "power of intention." He calls people who are consciously
co-creating with this energy source "connectors" and describes them as
"individuals who have made themselves available for success...They don't
say With my luck things won't work out. Instead, you're more likely to
hear something like, I intend to create this and I know it will work out."
Connectors are also committed to Dyer's "seven faces of intention"--creativity,
kindness, love, beauty, expansion, abundance and receptivity, which he
speaks to throughout the book. Each chapter concludes with five suggestions
for becoming stronger connectors, such as how to monitor one's inner speech
or shift out of low-energy beliefs.

Quantum-Touch: The Power to Heal
- Quantum-Touch is the touch-based healing technique that uses the chi
of both practitioner and client, bringing them into harmony to allow the
body to heal itself. Quantum-Touch differs from other healing techniques
because it does not require long years of study and presents none of the
common hurdles of understanding or application; anyone can learn to use
it to become a healer, both of others and of self. In this new edition
of his best-selling guide, Richard Gordon leads the reader step by step,
clearly explaining how to use breathing and body-focusing techniques to
raise one's energy levels. Once that is achieved, the healer can correct
posture and alignment, reduce pain and inflammation, help balance emotional
distress, and even heal pets. Above all, Quantum-Touch can be used in tandem
with all other healing modalities, including Western medicine, and its
efficacy has been attested to by physicians, acupuncturists, chiropractors,

Love Thyself: The Message from Water III
- “The common language that the people of the world have
been seeking is found in water crystals. Water speaks for what is in our
mind. Water awakens the subconscious memory in each person. . . . I now
know why water is indispensable to the phenomenon of life, and why alternative
therapies exist and why they're effective. Water helped me understand religion
and prayer and gave me a clue to understanding the nature of energy. It
helped me understand the relationship between humanity and the cosmos.
It gave me a clue to help me understand what dimensionality is. I could
come one step closer to understanding the eternal theme of humanity that
asks where we come from, why we are here, and what happens when we die.
“Thus,
for the release of this, the third volume in my series of The Message from
Water, I decided to choose what the world most urgently needs at present
as a theme. That is, of course, the need to eliminate war and terrorism
throughout the world. The theme I have chosen is ‘prayer.’ When I thought
about it more deeply, I realized that prayer is most effectively sent when
each person in the world raises their energy of love by imagining a scene
where the peoples of the world are living in peace. I've been taught this
through the process of asking water many questions.
“For
this reason, the title of this book is ‘Love Thyself. First you must shine
with positive, high-spirited vibrations, and be full of love. In order
to do that, I think it's important to love, thank, and respect yourself.
If that’s the case, then each of those vibrations will be sent out into
the world and the cosmos, and the great symphony of that harmonic vibration
will wrap our planet in waves of love that serve to cherish our Heaven-granted
lives. This is the message from water.” - Masaru Emoto

lot - it peels away the layers of superstition and myth permeating the
modern practice. This is a book to dip in and out of rather than sit down
for a chronological read. Be prepared to be distracted by the many topics

material presented in a logical order, this book is hard to beat.

The Feng Shui House Book: Change Your Home,
Transform Your Life: - Feng shui,
the ancient Chinese study of the movement of energy or "chi," is about
how the environments in which we live and work have an effect on our physical,
emotional, and spiritual well-being. People now realize that in order to
change their lives they need to change their homes. It is this understanding
of the link between our spiritual selves and our living and work spaces
that is at the heart of feng shui.
In this book you will learn how changes to the
interior design of your home--color, furniture placement, organization
and storage, art and ornament display, smooth and flowing lines--will be
echoed by changes to your life. Different arrangements will affect the
movement of energy in your home and workplace which will, in turn, be reflected
in your wealth, health, happiness, opportunities, and feelings of peace.

The Western Guide to Feng Shui: Room by Room:
After reading Terah Kathryn Collins's The Western Guide to Feng Shui: Room
by Room, you'll never look at your home the same way again. Under Collins's
caring and perceptive tutelage, the home becomes more than just a box to
move around in; it grows into an entire ecology of meaning and encouragement.
To begin, Collins explains in clear language the principles of Feng Shui
and how it can be good or bad. After detailing a number of items used as
traditional Feng Shui enhancements, Collins proceeds to walk us through
all the rooms of a house, from foyer to attic, to family room, bedroom,
and kitchen. She explains the significance of each room, common problems,
and, most importantly, effective solutions. In westernizing her Feng Shui,
Collins dispenses with some of the more bizarre and ungainly traditional
practices, always keying in on the straightforward and pragmatic. By including
inner practices as well as outer, Collins offers one of the most profound
and enriching Feng Shui books yet.

Clear Your Clutter With Feng Shui:
Drawing on the success of her first book, Creating Sacred Space with Feng
Shui, Karen Kingston has met popular demand by expanding on the indispensable
activity of clearing clutter. There is very little of actual Feng Shui
here, and certainly nothing you can't get elsewhere, but the clutter problem
gets full and complete treatment. Kingston reminds us that clutter is stuck
energy that keeps you stuck in undesirable life patterns. Therefore, you
can "sort out your life by sorting out your junk." Kingston covers the
reasons we keep things as well as the amazing stories of people who have
cleared their clutter away. More than just junk, clutter is all those things
that have negative symbology and that collect stagnant energy. This latter
can also apply to bodily, emotional, and spiritual clutter, all of which
Kingston describes with characteristic passion. In an age of accumulation,
it's good to see a book that frees up life again.

Dowsing
|
|
|
The Divining Heart: Dowsing and Spiritual Unfoldment:
Building on the principles and practices
presented in The Divining Mind (Richard Wright's first book on dowsing,
coauthored by T. Edward Ross II), authors Richard and Pat Wright define
dowsing as the "process of uncovering information through the medium of
the self." The Wrights believe, as do many dowsers, that the ability to
dowse is innate, but they also feel that its proper development is contingent
upon the parallel unfoldment of the spiritual qualities in our nature.
Through this process, the dowser becomes increasingly cognizant of the
interconnectedness of all aspects of life and begins to play his or her
part as an agent of healing and positive change.
|
|
|
Spiritual Dowsing: This book is for travelers
on the spiritual path who would like to see if dowsing can help them along
their way. With the resurgence of interest in dowsing, there has been an
expanded awareness of its potential. Many new and very old ways of using
these ancient tools are being re-discovered. Now people can dowse for tangible
targets like water, oil, treasure, lost objects and lost children, and
also for intangible targets like the energies at sacred sites, the human
aura and healing. We are now finding that we can dowse for anything - the
only limitation seems to be the dowser's imagination and level of consciousness.
This immensely practical book by the leading expert guides the beginner
into both usage and philosophy. Readable, non-dogmatic and wide-ranging.

Quantum Physics and

The Holographic Universe: Author Talbot
writes that ". . . there is evidence to suggest that our world and everything
in it. . . are also only ghostly images, projections from a level of reality
so beyond our own it is literally beyond both space and time." Hence, the
title of his book. Beginning with the work of physicist David Bohm and
neurophysiologist Karl Pribram, both of whom independently arrived at holographic
theories or models of the universe, Talbot explains in clear terms the
theory and physics of holography and its application, both in science and
in explanation of the paranormal and psychic. His theory of reality accommodates
this latest thinking in physics as well as many unresolved mind-body questions.
This well-written and fascinating study is recommended for science collections.

A Brief Tour of Higher Consciousness: A Cosmic
Book on the Mechanics of Creation - "A Brief Tour of Higher Consciousness
is a user-friendly, comical approach to what can be impenetrable subject
matter. Bentov keeps in touch with his audience by providing it with
images and physical analogies. For those who crave a more objective
view of the same philosophy, Bentov's work is complemented by a selection
of essays by other authors dealing with same subject matter in a more traditionally
scientific manner. Though not as easy to read as Bentov's humorous
writing, it is refreshing to see something annotated and substantiated.
It reminds us that the insights gained from Bentov's intuition have their
roots in fields ranging from Eastern philosophy to modern physics. By Patrick

Wholeness and the Implicate Order: At its
heart, David Bohm's awe-inspiring book explores a deceptively simple and
[I think] very old idea: everything in the universe that we can observe,
measure, describe, and come to understand is connected, even if we cannot
observe, measure, describe and come to understand that connection (Bohm's
"implicate order"). It's not for the faint hearted. You'll be confronted
with a devastatingly beautiful philosophical insight that completely undermines
our post-"enlightenment" western tendency to divide, conquer, fragment
and isolate everything we attempt to understand. You may need to skip the
mathematical chunks and do some background reading into Quantum physics
to survive the rigors of the argument. You'll probably get frustrated at
Bohm's winsome ability to be mathematician and physicist one minute. By

The Ending of Time: This very important
work offers penetrating dialogues between the great spiritual leader and
the renowned physicist that shed light on the fundamental nature of existence.
Krishnamurti and David Bohm probe such questions as ‘why has humanity made
thought so important in every aspect of life? How does one cleanse the
mind of the ‘accumulation of time’ and break the ‘pattern of ego -centered
activity’? The Ending of Time concludes by referring to the wrong turn
humanity has taken, but does not see this as something from which there
is no escape. There is an insistence that mankind can change fundamentally;
but this requires going from one’s narrow and particular interests toward
the general, and ultimately moving still deeper into that purity of compassion,
love and intelligence that originates beyond thought, time, or even emptiness.

Conversations with God : An Uncommon Dialogue
(Book 1) - Blasphemy! Heresy! Who does this man think he is, claiming
to speak directly to God?! Jesus did it, Muhammad did it, the Jewish prophets
did it, but none of their Gods had the sardonic wit or raw verve of Prophet
Walsch's God. Neale Donald Walsch isn't claiming to be the Messiah of a
new religion, just a frustrated man who sat down one day with pen in his
hand and some tough questions in his heart. As he wrote his questions to
God, he realized that God was answering them... directly... through Walsch's
pen. The result, far from the apocalyptic predictions or cultic eccentricities
you might expect, turns out to be matter-fact, in-your-face wisdom on how
to get by in life while remaining true to yourself and your spirituality.

The Heart of the Buddha's Teaching: Thich
Nhat Hanh's introduction begins with the Turning the Dharma Wheel Sutra,
the classic tale of Buddha's announcement in the Deer Park of his awakening.
Nhat Hanh then proceeds through a series of laundry-list definitions of
core Buddhist terminology: Four Noble Truths, The Noble Eightfold Path,
The Three Dharma Seals, The Three Doors of Liberation, The Twelve Links
of Causation, The Three Jewels, The Six Harmonies, The Five Powers, The
Five Wonderful Precepts and The Four Immeasurable Minds. Despite the tedium
of the list, Nhat Hanh does present Buddhism as way of thinking and a well-traveled
path toward enlightenment. Buddhism, he teaches, is not only about the
individual's attainment of enlightenment but also about the community,
past and present, which has fostered the possibility of an individual's
enlightenment. As an introduction to Buddhism, this is a masterful inventory
of the basic accouterments of a well-furnished Buddhist life. From Publishers

Power vs. Force: The Hidden Determinants of
Human Behavior: Awaited for twenty years, the publication of Power
vs. Force by David R. Hawkins, M.D. finally reveals to the general public
secret information heretofore only shared by the author with certain nobelists
and world leaders. Analyzing the basic nature of human thought and consciousness
itself, the author finally makes available to everyone the key to penetrating
the last barrier to the advancement of civilization and science; he details
how anyone may resolve for himself the most crucial of all human dilemmas
- how to instantly determine the truth or falsehood of any statement or
supposed fact.
This author's boyhood spiritual experience of
the "Infinite Presence" has directed his life work as a healing psychiatrist-
a healing that transcends his patients' physical world. Dr. Hawkins's basic
thesis focuses on the "Ultimate Presence"- the source from which individuals
can reach their highest potential. He uses theoretical concepts from particle
physics, nonlinear dynamics, and chaos theory to support his study of human
behavior. On the referenced Scale of the Levels of Consciousness, which
calibrates the levels of Truth from 1 to 1,000, Power vs force calibrates
at 850.

advanced spiritual students worldwide. The nature of consciousness is described
in terms which recontextualize and simplify the spiritual process itself,
The non-linear reality of the enlightened sage is thereby made comprehensible
to the reasoning mind. This exposition of the state of enlightenment is
both unique and explicit in that it does not hide specifics in spiritual
generalities, which has been the style of ' traditional spiritual classics.
The scientific minded reader will be pleased in that for the first time
a cogent and verifiable means of verification of spiritual reality is provided
by means of an 'objective' reduplicable method of measurement based on
physiologically derived clinical evidence. Whereas Power vs Force calibrated
at 850 The Eye of the I is more advanced and calibrates at 980 which establishes
its level of spiritual truth. I:Reality & Subjectivity calibrates to

I: Reality and Subjectivity: The book 'I:
Reality and Subjectivity' concludes the presentation of a long-predicted
major advance in critical human knowledge. It explains and describes the
very substrate and essence of consciousness as it evolved from its primordial
appearance as life on earth on up through evolution as the human ego, and
hence, to the ego’s transcendence as the spiritual Reality of Enlightenment
and the Presence of Divinity.
The uncommon clarity and lucidity with which the
highly evolved subject matter is presented facilitates the reader's understanding
and comprehension.
On the referenced Scale of the Levels of Consciousness,
which calibrates the levels of Truth from 1 to 1,000, Power vs Force calibrates
at 850, The Eye of the I at 980, and the final volume of the trilogy, I,
calibrates at a conclusive 999.8.

Truth Vs. Falsehood: How to Tell the Difference
- In today’s world of ‘spin doctors,’ controversial
news reporting and outrageous advertising claims, we finally have a way
to know what is true and what is false. In his landmark book, Truth vs.
Falsehood: How to Tell the Difference, Sir David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D.,
describes a simple technique that, like litmus paper, quickly differentiates
truth from false and is applicable to all aspects of the human experience.
Can the reader test a stock tip? No. Can the reader
test the integrity level of the company selling the stock? Yes. Is a politician
being truthful? Is this diet plan or drug safe for me? A pioneer in consciousness
research, Dr. Hawkins reveals there are no longer any secrets.

Transcending the Levels of Consciousness:
Transcending the Levels of Consciousness explores the ego's expressions
and inherent limitations and gives detailed explanations and instructions
on how to transcend them. It expands the understanding of the levels of
consciousness as presented in the now widely-known Map of Consciousness.
This book focuses on the individual and studies the experiential subjective
blocks to the advancement of consciousness that leads to progressive spiritual
awareness and on to higher levels of consciousness preparatory to advanced
states such as Enlightenment itself. By analyzing the various obstacles
and levels to be transcended, certain principles that support spiritual
evolution are self-revealing. This book is therefore a practical manual
rather than a comprehensive analysis.
